Cancellation Policy
LATE POLICY: Please reach out to me if you are running late. If you arrive 15 minutes or later to your scheduled appointment, it is likely that your service(s) will need to be altered or cancelled/rescheduled. This may result in a cancellation fee for the scheduled service(s).
CANCELLATIONS: Appointments may be cancelled up until 48 hours before your scheduled appointment time. Cancellations made within 48 hours will result in a fee of 50% of the scheduled service(s).
NO CALL/NO SHOW: If you do not arrive for your appointment at all, the card on file will be charged a 100% fee of the scheduled service(s).
REFUNDS/ADJUSTMENTS: I do not offer refunds of any kind, no exceptions! Please reach out to me within 1 week if you feel that you need an adjustment after you have left the salon. Adjustments may be made at my discretion.
